Is there a free trial available?

How does pricing work?
We fit our pricing to your club’s level and budget, from grassroots to elite. Get in touch for a quote. We keep it simple and affordable.
How many users can we have?
As many as you like. We don’t charge per user. Your club’s licence lets you add as many scouts, coaches and staff as you need.
Can we use Scout Hub and Trialist Hub together?
Yes. Both run on the same platform, so a scout can recommend a trialist straight from a player report, and trialist records sit alongside your scouting data. You can also use either on its own.
What about our existing reports and data?
We handle data imports for you, migrating reports and player records from spreadsheets or a previous provider into the platform.
Does it work in other languages?
Yes. The app supports English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Turkish and Arabic, and other languages can be added.
